2. Website Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, open-source analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
Plausible collects anonymised data such as page views, referrer sources, and device type to help us understand how visitors use the site. No IP addresses are stored. No data is shared with advertising networks or third parties.
For more information, see Plausible's privacy policy.
3. Email Sign-Up
If you submit your email address via the early access or newsletter sign-up form, your email is stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and used solely to send you product updates and launch notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Kit acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your email address will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Kit's privacy policy is available at kit.com/privacy.
4. Purchases
Payments for ChargePilot Pro are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email address, and payment information in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive only your email address and order details — never your raw payment data.
5. The App Itself
ChargePilot is a native macOS application. It does not transmit any personal data, usage data, or telemetry to our servers. All battery monitoring data stays entirely on your device.
License activation (ChargePilot Pro) is verified through Lemon Squeezy. Only your license key is checked — no other personal data is involved.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Plausible Analytics is cookieless by design.
